1) If a student is not selected for further rounds of the recruitment procedure of a particular club, he/she should update the preference order in the form. The club in which he/she is not selected for further rounds should be removed and other clubs’ preference order should be updated accordingly.
2) The change in preference order should also be informed to the club members according to the instructions given by the club. (As mentioned in the description of the Preference Form)
3) The student should confirm that he/she is not selected for further rounds of the recruitment procedure of the club before doing so.
