The greatest revolutions have been fuelled by the thirst for freedom. With the freedom to roam anywhere and everywhere nowadays, we have to stop and think. Are we taking it for granted? Are there people unable to enjoy this basic right? Leave help, have we spared a thought for them?
It’s happening here, in India, right on our own soil. The people of Assam are the victims, broiled in a citizenship battle where the unfortunate losers are thrown into detention centres, mostly through no fault of their own.
